I’ve always been fascinated by the inner workings of systems—how things fit together and, more importantly, how they can be improved. Whether it’s a product launch or a business process, I find great satisfaction in making things run smoother and more efficiently. To me, it’s like solving a puzzle, with the end result being a more scalable, streamlined operation.

At Unity, I’ve had the privilege of working with some amazing teams. We focus on driving growth while simplifying complexity, which has been both challenging and rewarding. What really keeps me motivated is the idea that the changes we implement don’t just solve immediate problems—they set the foundation for long-term success. It’s not about quick fixes; it’s about building something that lasts.

Before Unity, I was at Google, where I dove deep into understanding customer needs and shaping products around that. It’s one thing to build a product, but it’s another to make sure it truly solves a problem for the people using it. That’s where my passion for listening to feedback and turning insights into actionable strategies came into play.

What I enjoy most is seeing how small tweaks—whether it’s in process design, strategy, or collaboration—can lead to significant, lasting improvements. It’s the idea that even the most complex systems can be optimized and that there’s always room for growth, both for the business and for myself.

When I’m not focused on work, you can usually find me exploring my other interests: kiteboarding, photography, or sailing. These hobbies remind me that, much like business, life is about balance, timing, and taking the right risks.
